It is what it is. Disenfranchised small shareholders can say what they like.
I've heard (more than once) senior management of companies be dismissive of HC commenters (not from this co.)
Whilst I was a little miffed.
Indeed their job is to get the best result they can for the majority of shareholders.
Pretty much how the marginal shareholder feels is reflected in the SP.
The ability of anyone to get better personal returns is in their ability to be better than that marginal shareholder in judging a host of variables.
