Ann: Debt Facility Arrangements Not Proceeding, page-7

I would read more into those 10 million shares in the buy queue that came out of nowehere last week. Pretty convenient that they pop out of nowhere, seemingly early enough to avoid suspicion, spread down the line, then they release an ANN which I could only describe as purposefully negative.
They offered no indication of what this means for expansion or whether or not they will be seeking another facility...just the bare minimum and portrayed negatively.
I hope I'm wrong. I'm sceptical, however, and am by nature.
On the positive side, this has given more time for other ventures of mine to mature. Hoping to pick up another 2-3 million by next quarter.
