I imagine they have not resolved just yet and have probably agreed with stakeholders to defer any payments for now so they can negotiate further. If this is the case it means that they are likely to get a result as stakeholders do not want a non solvent Lynas. That probably would be good news for Lynas share price in my opinion.
But anything is possible !
