Starting to sound like a giant stuff-up. I wonder how much it costs to reprocess the product in China that has been delivered up to 25% below the estimated grade? Who pays for that and what does it do to the company's cash flow? I can't imagine Noble paying tote odds for something that doesn't fit the bill. All very worrying.
