I would break down the problem into
1) In Q1, with 2.5m in revenue (which puts them on track for 10m revenue this year), they still recorded at 700k loss. At current burn, cash runs out within a year.
2) Weird SP movements - what look like arranged sales of shares just before company announces positive news. In March, there was a 30% jump in a day before it crashed back down. Scaring off retail investors?
3) Strange management decisions like buying Awka-Worx for 2m and writing off 3m
Its really interesting that Aromatec, with big potential, would be willing to give up 30%+ of shares for 100k. This would value them at about 300k. That is early stage start up valuation. If DEM is the only investor, then we just put in the capital to purchase the membrane system from ourselves!
