It is shaping up slowly.The company is progressing in some fronts. But in the other fronts in my opinion the Co. is a bit behind.
It seems that the Australian Business through Akwa-Worx is expanding well since in the presentation for AGM on 29/05/2018, it indicates that the employee in Australia is 25 while in the presentation on 10/09/2018 the number increases to 38.The employee in Singapore and Vietnam is unchanged.But in terms of today's announcement it is clearly supportive of active and fruitful behind-scene activities.
But as we could find out in the presentation on 19/03/2018 it stated that the Co.started marketing De.Men products in Germany in 2017(page 12) and we are also told in the presents on 10/09/2018 that the Co. is pursuing initial project leads in Germany.That means nearly after one year's marketing we are still striving for leads. In my opinion this front is lagged behind. The other is Chinese market.In the presentation on 10/09/2018 the Co. advised that it will pursue the expansion strategy based on partnerships.If we can learn something from phoslock and Fluence, the first lesson is that you should have a proper partnership(s) in place.Otherwise you can go nowhere. It is not accidence that the Company compare itself with these two.But let us not forget that we really have a non-binding MOU with VCCL to jointly pursue opportunities in China(09/11/2017). Nearly one year is gone whole this front is deafeningly silent. We even don't know whether the MOU is still there or the Co.has alternative plan.
Don't make me wrong.I like the potential of this company and have big exposure to this company. I am happy about the progress in Australia,Singapore and Vietnam. But I hope the Co.could have a much clearer direction on Enropen and China market.
