Surely it has come the time for Bruce Rathie who has presided over this debacle, to step down. He has driven this poor company into the ashes. What was a terrific concept and then a company under the originators, has been destroyed in a matter of a few years. Why do the remaining shareholders keep Rathie as Chairman and on the Board. Where is the largest shareholder , the Thorney group in all this, why are they silent. Where is this guy Flowers who has done zero since his appointment. Nothing at all, doesnt make any sense to rational thinking people in the market.
It needs no more of Rathie's spin, he needs to be shown the door and the locks changed. It is a wonder he even is considered for other Board positions , he just has no idea of this business at all.
Why do I keep banging Rathie, because he is the sole person responsible for this companies performance. He was the Executive Chairman and he failed dismally and still is failing.
A lot of shares have changed hands this week, seems like there is something cooking. Could it be finally a shareholder revolt, one can only wish but in saying that, there is no future for old DataDog, the horse has been whipped fat too long and there are only bones left.
"What could have been" had it not been for Rathie. Clueless.
