The trouble at DDT is much deeper than Rathie's clueless management. It started with Ben Bootle appointed as CEO who fired the founders and trained personnel - the very people invented microdots and its application methods and who took the company's pro0ducts to over 30 countries, and this megalomaniac replaced them with accountants and lawyers. And while he was famously sacked after he lost $5mln in one year, Rathie who stepped into his shoes did not change a thing in brain-dead-for-innovations company and continued presiding over it with the same set of accountants and lawyers (andbringing more of the same: new CEO and new CFO from his associated companies) - as if they could improve the 20-year dot technology or admit they used the "Data-Trace" fraudulently marketed as security product (remember the scandal with Novartis which they promised but never clarified about to ASIC or shareholders?). None in the company management position has any technical, engineering or sales experience. So what to expect from this bunch of bureaucrats? Another announcement that after a trip at shareholders expense they signed another MOU, which may lift a share price for few days, but never would deliver, as every time in the past, any tangible results?
