There won't be too many tears from shareholders with this announcement! Only problem is it should've been the whole Board retiring not just Rathie. Seems they're going to motor on with the same boys club and no doubt will end up with the same results. They need industry experience, wide-ranging product knowledge and vision (and it's out there) on both the Board and the management team - unfortunately, they've got none of any of that on either. This mob just can't take the hard decisions necessary to dig themselves out of the mire.

Look out shareholders for another capital raising to fund the "new" direction from the "new" Board. LOL, same trough, one different snout!
