Kori, I would just say Van has just as much to loose as DAU holders, and this could another way of VAN funding their DAU bid by another means of cash without altering the dynamics of VAN stated 7% increase of issued capital and would now send me alarm bells that VAN shares may be overpriced and possibly set for a major fall once accepting DAU holders preferring cash selling their VAN shares.
Kori, I would just say Van has just as much to loose as DAU...
