That comment is laughable. The company has 48 months (4 years!) to achieve $500k within a 6 month period i.e. $1M run rate. That is a freebie if I have ever seen one and is a joke really. The first milestone is achieving $100k over a 6 month period i.e. $200k run rate within 24 months and share price exceeding 60c average over 20 days. That is a joke. The performance milestones are all freebies and are the only thing causing me to reconsider investing as they set such low benchmarks. Compare those performance milestones to KBU.
