Thank heavens this is being released tomorrow - share price has halved in just on 13months - doesn't really seem justified. This report will need close scrutiny to see if drop in profit is just temporary or not.
US expansion plans will be eating up funds at the moment and increasing debt/interest but there will be a pay day in a year or so.
Interesting to see if they can/will maintain dividend rate that currently yields 7.4% fully franked.
They do have good quality established assets/businesses that should produce a consistent return in normal times so happy to invest here at this level and will be ready to top-up from any knee jerk reaction tomorrow.
