Slightly off topic but does anyone have an idea why the book value of land in the annual report is only $460k? The Paris Creek acquisition presentation said they'd acquired 24 Ha of land. WTH is going on.
Back on topic - they won't be raising capital until they get the business moving. Zero chance.
