Announcement for the date, time and location of AGM, but further details will be given in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. Are takeover talks brewing, hence the reason for the delayed notice? Adding fuel to rumour, a mate of mine owns a YBR branch (poor bugger) - YBR annual conference is scheduled for Jan 18 on the Gold Coast with "save the date" memos floating around since August. But YBR are not yet taking registrations or providing agenda, accomodation details or flight options.... Less than 3 months away, peak holiday season..... anyone else think this is strange?
