Free will ,how could you say not an issue ?

The SP of AOE was well over $5.00 at time of ann.
Cash offer =$4.70 plus dart share ???.50
It was fair to presume 1 fr 1
some ppl figured out that if one Dart share would be worth ,say 50 cents .Then it was worth holding the shares for 3 months to participate.That is $4.70 cash and .50 worth of dart share
If we aregoing to get only 1 dart for 2 AOE .Then the the difference is halved = 25 cents . Equivalent to $4.95 total.(subtract the holding fee for 3months =ess another 12c )
However, If the new Dart share is offered at $1.00 instead of the anticipated 50 cents .Then it is not so bad .
Again nothing to be over excited with the offer .
Like to hear other interpretation on the offer .
Who determines the price for DART ?
