    Amazing lol have a look on page 6 of the Demerger Scheme Booklet next to the first bullet.... 1:1 then look at the opposite page next to the 2nd bullet 2:1 ??

    So why does page 7 says we to retain the same amount of Arrow shares after the demerger!!
