And another thing. If there was a takeover, the debts and liabilities of the Company would have had to be met by the bidding company.
In our situation, with the Scheme of Arrangement, and with the intelligence of our Board and Management, we will have to bear the brunt and consequences of the original debts and obligations of AOE.
