you will find that the bottom half of page 65 of the demerger scheme has the Dart options stated...all 13m of them.

I just find it disappointing that they feel they deserve Dart options considering they are yet to produce any revenue. What makes me even angrier is that they have AOE options as well; so in effect they would excercise those options and obtain more AOE which would then allocate them more Dart stocks after the 2for1 arrangement. On top of this, the options will have an excercise price of 25% above market value...hmmm not hard to achieve 25% on a spec stock. I wouldn't be as angry if they tied those options to the signing of the PSC in Xinjiang or production of 5PJ/annum.

Anyone know what the fastest career path to becoming a director is? i haven't turned 30 yet,it's not too late for me to change :)
