Thanks for that aip. Surely the God, there has to be a previous notice on the original demerger proposal that they were going to award themselves in excess of 13million options in the new venture.

I cannot see that they have would have waited all of this time before announcing that. It is too important of a thing to be omitted. Unless of course they were planning to wait until they were sure that they could gather the support to get the Demerger and Scheme of Arrangement through first, and then dump it on us.
