Contrary to what we had in Australia, and that is that AOE owned 100% of its operations, (yes Shell only owned 30% of the tenements and no AOE shares), with all of the ventures that we are and will be involved in the Overseas operations and the Australian ones as well, I don't think that we own anything to the extent of 100%. We only owns a percentage of the holdings. Nothing more.
That, to me, could be like having a ball and chain attached to you feet.
And watch out, IMHO, how long it will be before they either sell some of the assets on the pretence that they are superfluous to our needs to raise some funds for exploration and drillings, or they will do a Capital Raising causing dilution.
Let's face it, we simply cannot operate without money and do what we are planning to do. Hence why, IMHO, they cut back the shares to be awarded to us from 1 for 1 , to 1 for 2.
