I don't know which side of the fence you are sitting on, but it is no use making excuses for the Management.

They said originally that we were going to get a 1 for 1, and here is what they said:

1:1Arrow Energy shareholders will receive one share in the demerged Dart Energy for each Arrow Energy share and separately a cash payment from CSCO.

Now all of a sudden it has changed to a 1 for 2, and IMHO anyone who has the smallest amount of integrity would have come out and explain this to his shareholders.

If you are happy good luck to you, but think about the ones that are not. Because, they believe they have been done. And, they have just as much say on this thing as you do.

I hope that this thing will fall flat on it's face and that Shell will pack it's own bags and head back home. Problem is, that they have a lot riding on this one due to their big LNG plans on curtis Island, and that they will not give up without a fight.

The way I feel about it all, is that Shell could have something over our Management because they gave up without a single fight.

That does not stop me, and by the looks others here, to show/express our displeasure and vote NO for the resolution if we are asked to vote that is. And if we cannot attend, there is always the Australian Shareholders Association that can, and will represent us, at that meeting.

How long is a piece of string for God's sake.
