After reading the scheme booklet, i don't think voting against the acquisition will make any difference to the outcome, as page 63 of acquisition scheme booklet says top 20 own 76.64%.

Looks like we're all going to the Dart side...even Obi Wan cannot save us.

Just to keep things interesting while we wait for the inevitable, how long do you guys think it will take for someone to takeover Dart and who by? My bet would be on BG and expect an offer to come some time late next year or early 2012. It will be when Dart runs low on cash and approach production.
