    Dont forget also the big move in A2M which GC1 holds. I also have the old CTN, now NSC but I will have to hold and hope that NSC lifts the share price.
    I bought CVF at 1.08 not all that long ago.... it was a bit of a punt, but I liked their picks and reports and the fact that they werent afraid to back themselves.
    I will leave you to do your homework on CVF, you will have to read my disclaimer below about advice.
    It certainly has kicked goals since I bought it. APT I would think is still a large part of their portfolio.
    I would keep it on a watch list and read their monthly reports and see what you make of it.
    Something which I am starting to realise and you have pointed out, ks that sometimes with LICs that you can get your funds hijacked and you mentioned CDM, and I have mentioned ALF and NSC.
    Things are not always rosey in the garden !
