I wouldn't say the $1.80 share price before this fall was a bargain. However it does seem to me the current $1.37 closing price is at least reasonable if not cheap. It provides a 5% div yield, 7% grossed up.
Moreover, low price for now = more shares bought back = large slice of cake for remaining shareholders...
