G'day Caparzo,
Appreciated your response with very pertinent points, but also a couple of inaccuracies which I would like to address.
I'll take the reference to, "...current management love in..." in good spirit, while pointing out that I only spoke of Harrison and Conidi.
If I'd said what I really felt about Conidi I'd be TOU'd and instead I tried to be a little fairer to both sides, and acknowledge what positives I could.
Re Harrison's tenure on the Board whilst Conidi was in charge, yes I am right alongside you in puzzlement as to how "they" let him go on such a long leash!! I always thought it out of character for someone of Harrison's breadth and depth of experience and expertise. Whether he was more focussed on his involvement at other companys during that period I do not know. I'd prefer to think it wasn't weakness on his part not to speak out, though maybe he did and was howled down. Maybe one might consider had Harrison walked during that time CAJ would be in even greater strife. (shrugs)
We can only surmise the answers to your critical question, and as nothing excuses these costly mistakes, anyone holding who held in those times now has the choice to decide whether to remain invested in light of the the fact that Andrew Harrison is now in charge, and is largely in a position to clean up Conidi's mess.
Conidi struck me as a bit of a standover merchant if he could work it that way. Bringing Demetriou onto the company was something I did not like, and it stank of nepotism in my opinion. I voted AGAINST Demetriou's election as a director in Nov 2015 so much was I against it!
Conidi was forced to give up a ridiculous amount of options he had gifted himself as I recall. Do you think he was the type to do so out of goodwill to his shareholders? I don't think so. Someone convinced him to.
You also mention, "...many shareholders who have done their dough on CAJ who may not share your sentiment...". Caparzo, I get the impression you may think I've come on board Capitol Health only recently - somewhere in the period of a 14 - 28 cent share price?
I entered in 2014 @ 0.51c, added during 2015 @ 0.42 and 0.88, as well as participating in the SPP that year @ 0.766.
I made the decision to stay invested (six figure outlay) over the course because of the potential of this company once righted! During this time I am drastically, nay disastrously behind on paper.
I don't presume to judge those who contrary to me and others who post here, decided to sell, realising awful losses. I sincerely hope they, and you make them up elsewhere.
Rgds,
L
