I may know some of your SKM colleagues, and LOL at the restructure and the un-restructure all for improved efficiency. They usually shuffle the deck chairs and pretend its a restructure without actually measuring any observable effect. I think it's probably a good hold, I sold out as I have pretty conservative germanic genetics. Jacobs would be a good suitor but I wouldn't be shocked if a Japanese firm, Indian or the like takes an interest. I was surprised to learn how few Engineers Cardno has as part of the overall mix, <500 in Asia Pacific. Most of their work is Surveying, Environmental and the big one is geo-technical services. Massive Gap with SKM's capabilities, who I rated quite highly. Crescent may get a bit more active once they inflate the share price to around $1.80 unless they fancy paying themselves large dividends, which is also plausible.
