They commented at the time of the capital raising last year that NSW was a tight market with high demand for engineers so they had to boost salaries. Eating into margins.
I don't doubt that a lot of good engineers have left.
This is not different to any large consultancy though and it's hard from anecdotal evidence to quantify. Or to distinguish sour grapes from people who lost money here.
It's a concern, would like to hear more but I see that they are looking to come out of this restructuring period in another 6 months so I am going to hang in there
