They are not allowed to buy the shares at more than 5% above the weighted average market price calculated over the last 5 days. Rule 7.33
I think it says on their notice they can pay up to 7c for the shares.
So unless there is news that creates a bit of volume they may just keep soaking at these levels, interesting to see this all play out with 12million shares they are able to still buy up.
