re: Ann: Daily share buy-back notice - Append... OMG - another 500k bought today - only 1.5mil left to buy - so obviously this will happen by the time of the AGM on 30Nov - they will then get approval to buyback another 100mil shares but under Sec257F of the Corporations Act they have to wait 14 days before they can start the buyback - which means 14Dec.
So there will be no buyback in play between 30th Nov to 13th Dec - I hope the market doesn't tank in this two week period.
You can bet that if there is a drilling report of those Cherry Canyon wells between now and mid-Dec that there will be no mention of flow rates.
