But to me really getting it right would be committing to an annual dividend. I used to speak with the company about this in the past and they always had reasons why they preferred not to.

Now all the reasons they gave then would be non-existent. But different management, lots of cash, no dividend or plan on what to do with it.

I'm not disgruntled - I actually made money on them in the past. Just don't find them the most shareholder friendly company out there so pay the odd glance in hope they change (as I actually think their base business is ok).
