Looks to me that these gold assets are listing assets . If you read the last quarterly it indicates that they may finally drop the African projects but to do that they need to have a existing project to remain compliant.
The sell down in AGY shares also indicates to me they want to do something with that cash so given the current $1m in cash and guessing the remaining AGY shares they have being worth around $500-600k (Unless they sold prior to the pop in AGY ) makes this another cheap shell..
