You have no idea.Why post a such negative information when the situation is completely different.You have not laid out whether it was the rig that caused the trouble or the hole conditions and have not mentioned the differences between the anticipated soil types that will be encountered in both wells.The drill crew and expertise will be different,the drillpad the organisation,different.Unbelievable!

As for the rig being late, the rig for the Cyrene is ready to go and is only being delayed by final Government approvals.They want to drill it before the onsett of the rainy season.
