This was how many years ago? If rig has mechanical issues this should be on the rig contractors time, ie they are losing money...Also BRU and Mitsu are paying most of the actual cost so would have approved the rig as well.
KEY also need to find a friend for EP448 which would be very significant.
Looks like a few today got past the history and started looking at the lease position and market cap....
