@Bazsa It's referring to the patents - "US patent 7,615,374, and a number of other patent applications in process around the world, licensed to or owned by Cynata".
I assume there is some intellectual property owned by Uni of Wisconsin-Madison which it patented and licensed to CYP for use in developing Cymerus.
But others with more knowledge may have a better understanding. You could always ring the company. I'm sure they would be happy to clarify if it is of concern.
