The way I look at it and this is my own opinion.
Fuji are looking at how much money $$$$$$ to buy us out right.
The key for me is the 27th March 2019.
This date should be when Fuji gets approval for phase 2 in Japan.
They had 2 years to due D.D. and know all of a sudden they want more time.
Don't worry, one way or another CYP be taken over by someone else.
My gut and peanut brain, keeps telling me that while FF are sleeping someone in the USA, MIGHT just come in with the big $$$$.
Today we live in a world where mergers occur and every one buying each other out, just to be the Number 1 in that field.
