Well folks, if we thought Cynata management were in the slightest interested in supporting shareholder's interests this is clear evidence to the contrary.
At the very least, Fujifilm should be paying several million dollars more to us for the extension of the terms by 6 months.
Fuji have had plenty of time to get its act together on an agreement for GvHD. This is not acceptable, particularly the weak knee push out of a whole 6 months for no good reason.
If there is a bigger reason, it should be stated because it sounds like they need another 6 months to determine "structural aspects of the GvHD license agreement." What does that even mean in plain English.
This mob couldnt organise a pissup in a saki factory.
