but failed a litmus test on a structural legal issue ....and Cynata have agreed to a further 6 months to look into accommodating this structural issue.
Structural aspects just like behavioral aspects of a contract may interact and lead to or raise conflicts or loop holes.
some lawyer took time off some other deal and drilled down into the Cynata deal and didn't like what he saw... in the eleventh hour after a whole lot of lawyers and our legal council thought it was a wrap ... egg on our management face - six months is a big structural change - more like a international legal overhaul
but rather now if it was ever going to happen
