Half way through? thhree-quarters? And if it were a trainwreck should that be disclosed before the end of negotiations as you posit? What would that do, at some point (your choice when) before the talks end? Crush CYP's sp and materially weaken their negotiating position?

Again, naturally CYP is being played. FUji is an international player who very successfully re-branded themselves from a film manufacturer to a biotech, etc. company. They have a bit of experience in war, ehm business.
