I think you all need to place yourself in the shoes of Fuji and not cyp.... And if I was Fuji, I have two options 1. Lay out the millions now and give cyp a royalty stream... Or the cheaper option 2. which would be buy some time to put together a complete T/O...which will makes more economic sense?
there is a dreaded 3...which is them buying more time to see other options out there....
i m thinking it's more 2. That's the structural aspect...
