Ok.. read through old announcements and saw it.. it was announced on 29th of March. Went back to teh 4c and there is a note. As far as I am concerned they should have filled in section 8.1 to be clearer and just put the drawn down amount as 0. As for 16%, not too sure how great that is. All I have to compare with is 1st which announced theirs at 8.5%+BBR which is about 10%..
But as I said phenominal growth... and hoping the facility is not needed.
