120 day terms. Worst possible case scenario is full drawdown of $2M in one transaction (highly unlikely). That means maximum interest bill of $105,205 every 4 months. $26K a month. Negligible in the scheme of things and that's worst case scenario.
I'll take these terms over dilution at sub 1.5c any day.
