This with a quick read sounds better than the one announced a few months which saw it pumped to 11cents while shortfall and cheap c r shares existed
They dont exist this time but those options are real and because mcap is cheap enough going to eventually play out in 2019...now the added bonus it will have healthy cash balance with still low shares ..this could end up rewarding bags
Anyway expect it to hold some of its gain and build from there
