Being able to mix the cyanide on site means you can continue to feed the heap leach from the cyanide pellet stockpile and not be reliant on a truck that can't bring you the pre-mix because of the weather, same goes for diesel to the generators. Production drops from really bad weather but is now less likely to have to stop.
