I estimate IMO that the Melbana cost pool for Cuba taking into account all G & A  over the last 4 years since we added this to our portfolio , all regulatory licence and permit approval costs, environment assessments, CPR costs,case studies etc,  ( these will also be claimed ) plus the pre drill cash bonds lodged with the Cuba government to be circa $12 - 15 million dollars..

IMO , These backcosts ABSOLUTELY must be received back as a precursor to any other commercial negotiations regarding offering licence equity for drill / infrastructure  costs and other receipts...

If anyone has any really major difference in this estimate, would like to know..
