As an investor in this new venture i to did my research on this company.

The major holder you mentioned tried to set the company on the right path by litigating against the company that sold her back her business for $1 but let her keep 40 to 60m shares valued at 2.5m at the time of the sale? All this after her company had made a loss of close on 340k for the year? and after the company forgave 200k+ of loans? Seems like an amazing deal to me....

Given her husband Jason Edwards was an executive on the board at the time is she not litigating against herself? I mean if her claims are found to be correct would that not mean that he was in breach for his duties as a director?

All very confusing. Must have been strange times 2.5 years ago....
