Well BT that is incorrect, and again I do know who you are... the figure of $216k was only ever discussed by the past CFO, interesting that you know this? when they worked out the final figure it was changed from $216 to $154k as per the June 2011 ASX report.
Hypothetically, If what you say is correct, then you actually solidify my case as you would have to include the $311k removed from the CB account apparently to pay its debts, this would equate to MOT paying out a total of $681k for CB - and add the $350k (excluding tax) undisclosed liabilities of unpaid suppliers, and that leaves us with $1,031,000 as CB losses... it's simply impossible with the turnover. So what does all this mean? I think you really don't know enough about this case to make comments. Suggest we let the legal team deal with it, you or I could be wrong... either way, it doesn't add up.
