Wow... that is just so enlightening, why didn't the company use this information? may be enough to wrap up the litigation you think? I guess it doesn't matter that Directors resignations etc. can be done earlier and only released to market when the company chooses to release it, I can't even remember details around that time, but will ensure my solicitor looks into it - thank you. I wonder when the recent resignation actually occurred, at the time of announcement or before? perhaps we should check dates etc. here as well to see when it really happened. May be important for the next legal issue.
