Don't bother BT - I know who you are and would respectfully suggest that you are a bit more careful with unsubstantiated comments. If you did do your "DD" then you would have also talked to the other party to obtain a balanced view, but I know you didn't speak to me or my solicitor so your DD is irrelevant and rather subjective IMO.

To reiterate - The new board may have a better chance at resolution now post the recent resignation.

Just a note here, you're awfully "fired up" as you put it yourself about this particular situation and quite sure about people you don't even know, have not spoken to (apparently) and particularly for someone who is a new shareholder/investor. It is odd to me.
