Sorry for my tardiness - i was on a flight back to my home in sunny Queensland from spending a few days in Melbourne. I attended the Melbourne Cup - Melbourne is a great city.

I do agree on with you on the issues of continuous disclosure. I am hopeful that the board will continue to keep us all well informed. I would suggest to that they have their reputations on the line. The Chair and two non-exec directors both have their names on the doors of their own businesses. That's always a good sign.

I also have full confidence that the litigation will get sorted as the gentleman who was their previous exec-director will now be fully focused on achieving a swift resolution and justice for all.

I will be at the AGM on the 6th to ask some of the hard questions. I hope to see you there and maybe we can put our hands up together!
