    Well, today's announcement just made CTX's property assets [*] - which are the subject of a strategic study with a view to securitising, or otherwise monetising, them - a LOT more valuable.


    [*] carried in the company's books at cost at ~$1.3bn, but are probably worth closer to $3bn when capitalised at REIT-style multiples.
